If the user registered but still unable to access Blackboard?

If the user registered but still unable to access Blackboard.

  1. Did user receive the account information from Gwynedd Mercy University? (If not, then account has not been created)
  2. Is user able to login to my.gmercyu.edu account?
  3. When did user register?
  4. Which semester are you register for?
  5. Which classes are user registered for?
  6. Verify the user email in People Soft. It must be a Gmercyu.edu account. If it is not a gmercyu.edu email account then escalate to System Administrator.
  7. If the user just registered for course, then they need to wait atleast 24hours for system to sync.
