How can remote students see information being discussed during a simulcast session?

Screen sharing should be used so that all students can see and have access to the instructional material.  Screen sharing can be done within Microsoft Teams.  Faculty can share the desktop, application, PowerPoint presentation or a virtual whiteboard (the virtual whiteboard is currently not able to be included when recording the meeting session).  Microsoft Office comes with inking and annotation capabilities that faculty can use when sharing their screen.

CCBC has approximately 25 document cameras that are available for classroom use. These require a request to the help desk by emailing Document cameras that are installed in classrooms will remain in that designated space for the duration of the semester.
