How can faculty utilize features similar to a whiteboard in Teams?

Teams has a Whiteboard feature that can be used to write on.  However, if recording a session, this information will not be recorded.  Everyone in the session is also able to write on/erase the whiteboard.  This feature should only be used when collaborating with the students and if the information does not need to be saved in a recording.

If faculty are wanting to write similar to a whiteboard so that remote students will see information, it is recommended to utilize the Microsoft Office Drawing/Inking tools that are built into that software.
